Screening
Screening is mandatory for first-time encounters. Screening information is expected to be attached in the very first email. A selfie of you holding your ID (with a visible full name and ID photo) and a link to your LinkedIn profile must be sent to my email address: thebaybaee@protonmail.com.
The first email should also include a short introduction of yourself (optional but I'd love to briefly know who you are as a person), your preferred date, time, duration, and location for the date.

Consideration
Consideration should be handed to me within the first few minutes of us meeting. It can also be placed on a visible spot in the room. If meeting in public, please have it in an envelope, discreetly tucked inside a book before handing to me.

Deposit
To secure the booking, a deposit via Uber gift card must be sent to my email address. The deposit is non-refundable.

Dates inside SF: $100.

Dates outside SF: $200.
This deposit is for travel expenses as well as compensation for my travel time. Thus, it will not be applied toward the total consideration for the date.

FMTY
Unfortunately, due to my school schedule, I do not offer FMTY.

Cancellation
Life happens and I completely understand. Please notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to make our scheduled date. However, any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will require a cancellation fee of $700 (via BTC or a gift card of my choice) before scheduling a new date. This fee is to ensure that my time is respected. Otherwise, I reserve the right to decline any future interaction or scheduling.
In the rare occasion that I cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded via Uber gift card.
